Hooooooo!It's my last Friday in this house. Movers come at 8:30 tomorrow morning.
I wish I didn't have summer camp at the museum this week. I could have used a few days off to pack and clean.
This whole move reminds me of the time I showed up to help my friend move. She had exactly ONE box packed. She had never really moved on her own before, and she had no idea what to do. She was only moving a few blocks, so she thought one box would do it. Just make a lot of trips.
She was also a total pack rat. She stood in the midst of a huge pile of debris and showed off what she had packed. Good thing there were about 10 of us on the crew. It was a massive job, but we got it done in about 8 hours.
Time for me to hit the job and then it's off to the museum for the last day. The kids are making balloon cars and racing them behind the building. I need to make certificates this morning. Busy day.
