What a bittersweet day. I said goodbye to my funny mother and said hello to cocoabean (also known as chaosdaily). As hard as it is to say goodbye to such a delightful little lady, I am also thrilled to start our big road trip in the morning.We toasted everything with champagne. Divorce, birthdays, anniversaries, friendship, road trips.... It was a great night for toasting.
So.....3:00 AM comes early around here, so this will be a short update.
Wish us luck! We are the road warriors! We will be stopping at WalMart in the morning to get a large roll of aluminum foil. We have been advised to make aluminum swan hats to attract aliens once we make it to Roswell. The person who suggested this will be identified later - along with photos of our lovely hats.
